Impressions Memory Care at Bryn Mawr is the dedicated memory care residence at Bryn Mawr Terrace, a senior living community on the Main Line that is celebrating over 50 years of dedicated service to seniors and their families.

Impressions Memory Care is the result of Bryn Mawr Terrace identifying a need in the area for quality memory care for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. As our memory care program evolves and expands, so does our need for dedicated, experienced and talented memory care professionals.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) All Shifts

Bryn Mawr Terrace is currently seeking dedicated and caring LPNs to join our team.  Full-time, part-time and pool positions are available most shifts.  Our LPNs are responsible for operating in accordance with established Nursing Department policies and procedures, applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations, assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care to a specific group of residents on a designated unit.

Qualifications  

  1. Education and/or Experience
    • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required
    • Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as an LPN required
  2. Skills and Abilities
    • Knowledge base of nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and standards required, particularly as they relate to long-term care, assisted living, and/or sub-acute rehabilitation facilities
    • Must understand and act upon complex issues and problems and must communicate and interact effectively with a variety of people
    • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills required
    • Effective leadership and management skills required

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) All Shifts

Bryn Mawr Terrace is currently seeking dedicated and caring CNAs or Caregivers to join our team.  Full-time, part-time and pool positions are available most shifts.  The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) reports to the Licensed Practical Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or Unit Manager at Bryn Mawr Terrace.  The Nursing Assistant is responsible for operating in accordance with established Nursing Department policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.  He/she will provide direct nursing care to a specific group of residents on a designated unit and functions as a member of the patient care team.

Qualifications  

  1. Education and/or Experience
    • Nursing Assistant with current and valid Pennsylvania Notice of Enrollment with Nurse Aide registry required
  2. Skills and Abilities
    • Must have effective coordination and organization skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
    • Computer proficiency required

Caregiver All Shifts

Bryn Mawr Terrace is currently seeking dedicated and caring Caregivers to join our team.  Full-time, part-time and pool positions are available most shifts.  The Caregiver reports to the Program Director/PCH Administrator or Licensed Practical Nurse.  The Caregiver is responsible for operating in accordance with established Personal Care Home policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.  He/she will provide direct care and assistance to resident and functions as a member of the memory care team.

Qualifications  

  1. Education and/or Experience
    • CPR and First Aid Certification recommended
  2. Skills and Abilities
    • Must have effective coordination and organization skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
    • Computer proficiency required
